Cindy is a Paralegal and a member of the Intellectual Property Team within the Litigation and Insolvency Practice Group. She practises in the area of intellectual property specialising in all areas of intellectual property and handles a broad range of internationally recognised brands and trade marks. She was involved in the development of a fully automated online intellectual property software package.
Cindy joined the group in 1993 as an Executive Secretary. Prior to that she was employed by Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts as a Pharmacy Technician. Upon arriving in Bermuda, she was employed by King Edward VIII Memorial Hospital in the Pharmacy Department. From 1982, Cindy worked for the Personnel Department and subsequently the Department of Defense Dependants Schools at the US Naval Base in St. Georges, Bermuda
Cindy attended Northeastern University from 1974 to 1978 majoring in Pharmacy.
Cindy is a member of the International Trademarks Association (INTA) and regularly attends their annual meetings.
